  1. Credit where credit is due FRU.

  2. As a High School supporter was disappointed they lost but full credit to Wallace. Their scrum half and centre were a handful all day and their defence in last ten minutes was excellent. BHS didn’t use the wind to their advantage as well as Wallace did in 2nd half. Good luck in next round.

Do you really think that little of Wallace that you didn’t even give them a mention in the tightest game of the weekend, or was it that you prediction was wrong?

Hi Sam, sorry to have offended you but I can assure you it’s not some anti-Wallace bias and it’s definitely not me trying to cover up my incorrect predictions (THREE WRONG at the weekend if you’re interested 🙂 )

Because it’s a very short summary and especially one that focuses on the effect of rankings, I only tend to mention those who have made the biggest movements (up or down) and who their respective opponents were. As this was an especially busy week in Ulster Schools’ rugby it was inevitable that many things would go unmentioned.

Mark Hunter has posted a nice few sentences about the match below this post and, as Wallace HS are now in the Cup quarterfinals, I try and make an extra effort to get them in next week.

Thanks for your replies Guys, listen forget about it, just keep doin’ what your doin’. It was just a wee jibe because you predicted BHS for the win. It was a great game of rugby and a great advert for the game at schoolboy level.

Far enough. I did also say that it was the hardest call I’ve ever had to make in the predictions and that it would depend on Wallace’s tenacity which proved to be the deciding factor in the end, I think; it was a tough match that will stand them in good stead for the fixture against Campbell.
Also, in the opening paragraph of the predictions I did write “…so watch as I quite probably crash and burn with this week’s predictions” – at least I got something right 😉
