We caught up with the players at Ophir RFC as they went through their paces on Monday evening at UU Jordanstown as they prepare for their first full season of Women's Rugby

EXPECTATIONS
Head Coach Richard Dunseath outlines the expectations for the Women's teams for the coming seasons.
TRAINING
Training is held at the the University of Ulster Jordanstown on Monday and Wednesday nights from 8 - 9 pm. Come changed and ready to train. Everyone welcome.
