Banbridge and Pegasus went head to head in the delayed Denman Ulster Shield Final at Stormont on Saturday afternoon.
In a very closely contested game both sides tested each other in the first quarter. Initially it was Banbridge who pressed for a long period but it was Pegasus who finished the first quarter with 4 corners, which they were unable to convert.

Early in the second quarter the earlier corner practice paid off with Pegasus No 3, Emma Quinn getting in on the strike to open the scoring. Pegasus could have increased the score but fine goalkeeping by Banbridge’s Taylor Muir, kept them at bay
