On Sunday, as part two of a double header Annadale and Banbridge met in the semi final of the Kirk Cup, at Lisnagarvey Hockey Club. The Kirk Cup is usually an annual Boxing Day fixture, but was postponed to the end of the season, because of post Covid fixture congestion.
Defences were on top for most of the game, though keepers were troubled on numerous occasions, prompting some hectic defence.
Dominance fluctuated throughout the game though Banbridge probably edged it, as the game reached halftime scoreless.
