On a warm, sunny Friday evening, Athletics NI held the Les Jones Memorial 5K. Almost 200 runners competed over the course, leading from Mary Peters Track, down to the Lagan Towpath, along both sides of the river and back to the track.
Gemma McDonald, Ballycastle Runners, won the women’s race in 20:01
Steven McAlary, City of Derry Spartans, the men’s in 15:22.
