We caught up with the Medallion shield 3rd round match between Cambridge House Grammar School and Omagh Academy in Ballymena on Saturday morning.

Logan Cooke ran in a hat-trick of tries for Omagh in the first half

A hat-trick of tries by Omaha’s big No 7, Logan Cooke, all converted by Jamie Bradley versus a penalty try for the home side was the story of the first half. It was nearly one way traffic from a dominant visiting side who raced to a 7 – 21 lead at the break.

Alexander McColgan scored a second half try for Omagh

It was a similar story in the second half with first Omagh’s scrum half . . .
