Medallion Friendly: Bangor Grammar 7 Regent House 18

On Saturday morning, I caught up with the Medallion Friendly between Bangor Grammar School and Regent House at Bangor.

The game was quite even for the first twenty-five minutes, but the Regent struck first through a penalty from out-half Matthew Wilson.

Matthew Wilson sends a penalty on it’s way for Regent.

Two minutes later, Bangor were down in the green zone and finished off a lovely counterattack with inside center Bruce McClure crossing. Scrum half Jack Reid made the conversion to make the score 7-3 at the half. 

Bruce McClure picked up a first half try for Bangor.

In the second half, Regent came out all guns blazing . . .
