Friday saw Day 2 of the EMTEK Pathway Series. Second game, in the double header, saw Ireland ‘II’ take on Scotland.
As in the first game Ireland were dominant from the first whistle. Playing a fast attacking game Scotland were forced to defend waves of attacks, only rarely putting pressure on the Irish keeper.

Eventually Ireland broke the deadlock, when Greg Williams converted a penalty corner, after 13 minutes to give Ireland a 1-0 1st quarter lead.
Ireland doubled their lead after 17 minutes when Williams added his 2nd goal, this time from open play. Irish pressure wasn’t turned into goals and Ireland led 2-0 at halftime.
