2021-07-25 Ireland U19 0 Scotland U19 0 Women Four Nations

Ireland U19 women entertained their Scottish counterparts at the University of Ulster, Jordanstown on Sunday afternoon in their final match of the Four Nations championship.

The Irish team had won the championship the previous day, in their draw against the same opponents, but they continued to battle hard in this goalless draw, though they will have been disappointed to lose the bonus point shoot out 1 – 3 at the end.

Despite the game ending goalless it was an entertaining encounter between the teams with and putting in strong performances for Ireland and Anna Hoolaghan and captain showing well for the Scots, Hoolaghan particularly impressive leading the Scottish defensive efforts.
