Schools Cup: Ballyclare High 5 Regent House 27 Group A

We caught up with the Ulster Schools Cup Group A match between Ballyclare High and Regent House on Saturday morning in Ballyclare.

Regent were quick out of the block with a try after 5 minutes with an unconverted try from Toby McSorley for a 0 – 5 lead.

The visitors kept the pressure on and 10 minutes later Matthew Callaghan crossed for his first, again unconverted to push the score out to 0 – 10.

Matthew Callaghan picked up a hat trick of tries for Regent.

Ballyclare worked hard to get into the game but they were unable to break down the Regent defence . . .
