Men’s Premiership: Belfast Harlequins 1 PSNI 1

With both my Saturday games off I picked the Men’s Premiership fixture, at Deramore Park, between Belfast Harlequins and visitors, PSNI.

Though the game was scoreless at halftime Quins dominated proceeding, with the occasional flourish from PSNI. Quins peppered the PSNI goal, but few shots were on target and, those that were very capably dealt with by the PSNI defence.

All that changed in the 3rd quarter. It was barely a minute old when Cameron Ruttle conjured Quins goal from a narrow angle.

Quins seemed to relax with the slender lead and PSNI began to mount attacks. They were rewarded by a 43rdminute Adam . . .
