Stevenson Cup: Wallace High School 1 The Royal School Armagh 4

On Saturday morning The Royal School Armagh were the visitors to Lisnagarvey Hockey Club to play Wallace High School in a Stevenson Cup game.

Armagh took the lead in their first real attack of the game, when Rhianna Gillespie’s rasping shot hit the backboard, following a penalty corner, after 4 minutes. Though Armagh contained Wallace it was a strangely lethargic, heavy legged performance for the remainder of the 1st quarter.
