U18 Provincial Cup: Banbridge 16 Coleraine 15 Final

On Saturday, in game three of a triple header of Youth Finals Banbridge played Coleraine in the U18 Provincial Cup. An even stronger swirling wind, coupled with strong sun, hail and rain made for challenging conditions.

Adam McMullan opened the scoring for Coleraine

Playing with the wind, Coleraine moved the ball wide to Adam McMullan, who ran around the Banbridge defence, on the right to score in the corner, after 4 minutes.

Jake Goodbarn’s try equalised for Banbridge

Banbridge responded almost immediately, when Jake Goodbarn drove over, after 9 minutes to tie the game at 5-5. Both teams controlled the challenging . . .
