I caught up with the Senior Schoolgirls Shield semi final between Sullivan Upper and Belfast Royal Academy at Stormont on Wednesday afternoon.
It was a lively, high quality, game between two determined sides who battled out a scoreless first quarter.
BRA opened the scoring in an exciting second quarter when Leah Callaghan knocked in a fine cross from the left to give the Sullivan keeper no chance.
Sullivan hit back straight from the restart with a super solo effort from Lucy Andrews which took the score to 1 – 1.
