The Ulster Hockey Schoolgirls finals continued at Stormont Pavilion on Tuesday afternoon with The McDowell Shield Final between Banbridge Academy and Methodist College second XI’s.
The game ebbed and flowed with neither side taking control.
Banbridge had the best of the first quarter but Methody came back in the second quarter to edge territory and possession but both keepers kept a clean sheet and we went into the second half still looking for the first score.
