Crawford Cup: Belfast Harlequins II 17 Dungannon II 26

Belfast Harlequins 2nd XV welcomed Dungannon 2nd XV to Deramore Park on Saturday afternoon for a Crawford Cup quarter final.

In this highly competitive match, the home team started off strongly and only good defending by Dungannon held them at bay.

However, the visitors were first on the score sheet with Andy Weir going over after a break up the center. Alan Perry adding the conversion to take the score to 0 – 7.

Soon after, a surge up the wing saw Dungannon’s Adam Cranston go in under the posts, giving Perry another easy conversion to take it to 0 – 14.
