We caught up with the Schools 2XV Cup match between Banbridge Academy and Belfast Royal Academy on Saturday morning at Banbridge.
The match was well underway by the time we made it over from the early morning hockey and BRA were leading 0 – 21 towards the end of the first half.
Banbridge got on the scoreboard shortly after with Miles Mawson getting the try and Harry Wan converting to take the score to 7 – 21.
BRA replied fairly quickly with Ruben Gurley grabbing their fourth try which Jack Carpenter converted to take the score to 7 – 28 at half time.
