A damp morning in Shawsbridge, saw Cooke IIs taking on Ballyclare IIIs in a Forster Cup Quarter-final showdown, and what promised to be an interesting tie didn’t disappoint.

A goal-line drop out from Cooke into a fresh breeze, saw Ballyclare quickly get possession in a dangerous position and Tommy Holland touched down between the posts for the opening score. An easy conversion for Rhys Cobain to start gave the visitors a 0 – 7 lead after just 3 minutes.
