Women All Ireland D2: Ulster University Elks 2 Avoca 3

Avoca travelled to Jordanstown to face an in-form Ulster University Elks side on Saturday afternoon for an EYHL 2 match. The exciting game was kept flowing by an excellent set of ball girls who deserve a big shout out.

Ball Girls Lily Prince, Beth Patterson, Olivia Jordan, Katie Manderson, Elena Stafford-Santana and Alice Shaw kept the game flowing at Jordanstown.

Avoca opened the scoring after just 7 minutes, when Zoe Watterson (13) slotted home an excellent strike from the centre of the ‘D’ with ball going away from her.
