On Wednesday afternoon Bangor Academy played, near neighbours, Glastry College, in the High Schools U16 Pollock Cup.
Playing with the slope and strong breeze, Bangor pinned Glastry back into their own ‘22’, and took a 5th minute lead, through a Cameron Bradley try.
An Aidan McKechnie try under the posts after 14 minutes, converted by Shane Hynds, gave Bangor a 12 – 0 lead.
Glastry dug in and had forays into the Bangor ‘22’, but on 28 minutes . . .
