All Ireland Junior Cup Final: Ballyclare 11 Clogher Valley 13

On Saturday evening Clogher Valley played Ballyclare in the All Ireland Junior Cup Final at the Kingspan Stadium. Clogher, who had narrowly beaten Ballyclare in the league, were slight favourites on a damp evening.

Clogher took it to Ballyclare from kick off but squandered chance before Ballyclare took a 3-0 lead through a Mark Jackson penalty goal after 19 minutes.

Clogher responded immediately with a Paul Armstrong penalty goal from in front of the posts to tie the game.

Play was even before Clogher were penalised beside their posts and Jackson kicked Ballyclare into a 6-3 lead.
