In poor conditions, there was no further scoring and Regent lead 7-3 at the break.

Only 2 minutes into the 2nd half McIlroy was shown a red card for a dangerous tackle and it was uphill for Carrick after this.

scored a 45th minute try, converted by Campbell and when notched up a try on 68 minutes, again converted by Campbell, it was game over.A Campbell penalty goal at the death completed a comprehensive win for Regent 24-3.
