Ireland Women took the lead, through Holly Barr, after 2 minutes, in what was tight game, with defenses on top.
We had to wait until the final minute of the 4th quarter for the next goal, when Scotland equalized, through Lucy Smith, with the game ending as a draw a full time to set up the shoot-out competition for a bonus point.
The Irish keeper was in fine form, saving 3 Scottish strokes, to give Ireland a 3-0 victory in the penalty competition.
With Wales beating England in their match the draw and bonus point was enough to confirm the Irish U19’s as Four Nations champions with Sunday’s game still to play.
