Schools Subsidiary Shield: Sullivan Upper 33 Royal School Dungannon 13

Royal School Dungannon will be wondering how they lost this game so convincingly. They enjoyed the bulk of territory and possession throughout this game but they lacked the clinical finishing power of their rivals who scored in practically every visit into their opponents territory.

Sullivan Upper school raced to a 19 – 3 lead at half time with and crossing either side of a penalty try from their big pack, converting the first to add to the penalty try conversion.  Dungannons three points, from the boot of , was scant reward from the time they spent on the attack.

The home side crossed first in the second half with their impressive full back, , grabbing the first of his second half brace, both converted by McKee. Dungannon’s crossed for a fine individual try, giving a photographer pleasing dive at the end, in between Storey’s brace.

The hard working Dungannon side had the final say with crossing at the end of the game but it was all too little too late for the visitors.
