Schools: MCB 31 Ulster U19 5

,

Methody ran out five try winners against a rotated Ulster U19 Select side at Pirrie Park.

Chris Larmour was the star of the show and grabbed a hat trick of tries for the hosts in a dominant display.

The winger scored two tries either side of a score from Ulster’s Luke Pollock.

Replacement lock, Kevin McNaboe scored on the brink of half time to give Methody a 14 point lead at the break.

The home side continued their dominance at the start of the second half and Robbie Armstrong crossed thanks to great hands from the back line.

Larmour completed his hat trick as the game drew to a close to round off a comprehensive 31-5 victory for the Schools’ Cup favourites.

Fullback, Ethan McIlroy kicked three of five conversions.
