Now that the Women’s and Age Grade Interpros are wrapped up we can return to our club coverage and tonight’s refix of the Cooke v Coleraine Round 1 match gives us a chance to revisit what has been happening in the Ulster Junior Cup.


Ten sides received a bye in the opening round of the competition with Ards, Ballyclare, Ballynahinch II, Carrickfergus, Clogher Valley, Grosvenor, Instonians, Larne, Malone II and Randalstown all moving seamlessly into the second round draw without having to kick a ball.
