Wallace High continued their push for top spot in the Ulster Schools Rugby Rankings with a 19 – 13 win against Royal School Armagh on Saturday morning at Clonevin Park.

In a closely contested match the High School outscored their opponents by three tries to one.

The Wallace points came through tries from Sam Cardosi, Ben Smyth and Ben CarsonNathan Doak converting two.

Nicholas Jennings replied with a try for Armagh and Zac Thompson added two penalties and a conversion.

The result will see Wallace High (2nd) continue to keep the pressure on RBAI at the top of the Ulster Schools Rugby Rankings but Armagh (4th) may come under pressure from Dalriada (5th) who won away at Regent.
