Ulster A play hosts to Canada A as as part of a double header at Ravenhill tomorrow evening. The match kicks off at 5:15 pm with Ulster v Northampton following at 7:30 pm.
Ulster A are just back from a training camp in France, where they beat a select side from Jeremy Davidson’s Aurillac and Mark Anscombe’s Canada A will be playing their second game of a three match tour, having lost to Doncaster last weekend.
Players to watch on the Ulster A side are Ireland Sevens player Aaron Cairns, Ireland U20 out half Johnny McPhillips, new import Kieran Treadwell and Ireland U20’s player Conall Boomer. I also hope that Ireland U20 player and World Rugby Dream Team selectee Adam McBurney gets a run out from the bench and we’ll also be rooting for, Larne man, Alistair Burke should he make an appearance.
