The teams have been announced for Sunday’s European Champions Cup match between Toulouse and Ulster. Kick off 1:00pm UK/IRE, live on Sky Sports.
Ulster have made two changes to the team that started last Friday’s match and Toulouse have made a whopping eight. The Toulouse changes have been made mainly in their midfield and front row but it is the two changes that Ulster have made in the back row that will perhaps be the most telling!
My goodness, I just can’t believe that they have chosen this match to rest Chris Henry who would have been the first name on my team sheet. Unless he’s injured, his absence comes across as the equivalent of throwing in the towel such was his influence in last week’s game. I really can’t believe this!
The absence of Chris Henry really could be a game changer but I suppose the new manager has to have some confidence in the depth of his squad and if he pulls of a . . .
