And still it goes on!

Ulsterman Neil McConkey completed another leg of his Heineken Cup Cycle on Saturday as he travelled from Belfast to Dublin on his bike for Ulster Rugby in aid of Sport Relief.

Neil who cycled to Limerick and Back in aid of Sports Relief has now added Dublin and back to his total and now faces the ultimate challenge with the 450 mile trip to Twickenham.

Neil sent us in a couple of pictures of his trip to Dublin ,and if any of you traveled home on Sunday you will know what a horrendous wind he had to face on the way back, as he tells the FRU:

Well that was quite a weekend. Now up to 700 odd miles and another 450 to come ..!!!! Keep ‘er lit !!!!

Must confess Sunday must rate as one of the worst 12 hour periods of my life. That wind coming home was brutal. Then a dozen pints of Guinness and 4 hours kip was maybe not the best preparation

There is still time to donate to Neil’s Sport Relief fund, so show your support for his effort and click here to donate.

Good luck wishes from Andy and Fez before Neil sets off!
Made it! Neil outside the Aviva!
"Inside I'm smiling!", Neil after the cycle back to Belfast!
