Schools: Rugby Rankings Week 13.

With quarterfinals taking place in the Cup and Plate, as well as semis in the Bowl, this week has seen quite a bit of interesting movement in the table:

Progression to the semis for Methodist College, Campbell College and Ballyclare HS means that all three remain in their respective positions of 1st, 2nd and 3rd. Completing the semifinal quartet is Wallace HS who, with a win over Bangor GS (11th) , have moved from 7th into 5th.

The remaining teams in the top eight are the same as those from previous weeks, albeit in altered positions. Ballymena move up one into 4th, despite their defeat against Campbell (a close one at that) while RBAI are in a very similar situation, moving into 7th. RS Armagh and Limavady GS both drop two into 6th and 8th respectively due to their relegation to the Plate competition.

Elsewhere in the Plate competition, the two other winning teams, Grosvenor GS (9th) and RS Dungannon (10th) complete the top ten in this weeks rankings; while in the Bowl, BRA’s . . .

    Like John says, rankings apply only up until the most recent Saturday. Sullivan’s win will be taken into account at the next set of rankings so they may move above Regent at that point

    Do these rankings take into account Sullivan’s emphatic win in the Bowl Semi replay yesterday against Regent?
