Ulster’s Lauren Day and Stacey Lea Kennedy have been selected for the Ireland side to Face Italy in RBS 6 Nations Championship at Rovigo on Sunday February 6th. KO 13:30 Irish time.

Day starts at tight head against the Italians and Kennedy starts as replacement hooker, the Ulster pair are joined by Larissa Muldoon from Donegal, as replacement scrum half, who makes her first Ireland appearance before being selected for her province.

Speaking last week Day told the FRU that this was one game that she was looking forward to following her late withdrawal from the Ireland World Cup Squad after breaking her wrist in their pre-tournament warm up match against Wales.[su_quote cite=”Lauren Day, Ireland Women. “]
