Wallace High maintained thier push for top spot in the Front Row Union Ulster Schools Rugby Rankings with a 5 – 26 win away to Omagh Academy on dank and damp Saturday morning in Omagh.

Wallace opened up a fourteen point lead at half time thanks to tries from left wing McNeight and centre Cardosi, both converted by Doak.

Omagh replied early in the second half with a period of pressure in the Wallace 22 leading to a try from prop Glen McKinley to take the score to 5 – 14.

However a second half brace for Wallace’s, impressive full back, Peters settled the game in the visitors favour. Doak added a third conversion to give a final score of Omagh Academy 5 Wallace High School 26.
