FRU Facts: Player stats for today’s game.

I thought I’d pull this together for those of you travelling down to Dublin or just watching the game at home with some friends, here’s some FRU facts on the Ulster players that you can amaze your friends with!  🙄

1. Ruan Pienaar has made the fewest appearances this season. This match will be his fourth.
2. Peter Nelson, despite making one more appearance than Pienaar, has played 2 minutes less averaging just under 49 minutes in each of his four appearances. Replacement Bronson Ross, however, has only managed 71 minutes this season averaging just under 12 minutes in each of his six appearances.
3. Franco vd Merwe and Roger Wilson are the only players to have appeared in all 15 competitive matches this season.
4. South African born players continue to have a big influence with vd Merwe, Louis Ludik and Robbie Diack playing the most minutes. This will be only the second game where Ludik . . .
