Heineken Cup: Ulster extended squad for Saturday.

Ulster Coach Brian McLaughlin has named a squad of 31 players from which he will chose his starting XV and replacements for this Saturday’s Heineken Cup Final v Leinster at Twickenham (19 May, 5pm).

Forwards: Tom Court, Declan Fitzpatrick, Callum Black, John Afoa, Adam Macklin, Paddy McAllister, Rory Best, Nigel Brady, Johann Muller, Lewis Stevenson, Dan Tuohy, Iain Henderson, Chris Henry, Stephen Ferris, Willie Faloon, Michael McComish, Pedrie Wannenburg

Backs: Ian Porter, Paul Marshall, Ruan Pienaar, Ian Humphreys, Paddy Jackson, Nevin Spence, Ian Whitten, Darren Cave, Paddy Wallace, Luke Marshall, Craig Gilroy, Andrew Trimble, Adam D’Arcy, Stefan Terblanche

Not available: Jared Payne, Tim Barker, Simon Danielli, Robbie Diack, Neil McComb, Andi Kyriacou

The Ulster starting XV and replacements will be named by 12 noon on Friday.

Oh! It’s starting to get exciting!

I will be in London on Friday but I’ll see if I can get the team announcement up when it becomes available but, barring any unknown injuries, the team pretty much picks itself with the only meaningful decision being whether Jackson or Humphreys starts at 10.

I’m chopping and changing my thoughts concerning out half on a hourly . . .
