FAQs

Q. What do I need to wear?
A. Comfy sports wear eg. shorts/trackies, t-shirt, trainers are fine but if you have football boots, they will be better. Bring a hoody to keep warm after! And bring a water bottle.

Q. Will there be contact?
A. Yes, we will eventually be playing full contact rugby, but not on the first night so don’t panic! Our trained coaches will slowly build you up to playing contact. It’s safe when you know how!

Q. Can I bring some friends with me?
A. Yes! The more the merrier, just let us know who is coming by RSVPing! :)
