Ulster Women: Preparations Start for Next Season

Ulster Women have started preparing for next season with a series of monthly training camps to be held from now until the start of next season’s inter-pros in November.

It was a year of mixed success for Ulster’s ladies with the provincial side losing all three of their inter-provincial fixtures. The defeats don’t tell the full story though as it was a young, inexperienced side that Ulster fielded this season but they showed a huge improvement between the first and last fixture, being unlucky not to come away from Galway with a win over Connacht ladies.

It was always going to be a tough season for the Ulster girls with only one team, Cooke, in All Ireland Division 1, however with Division 2 sides City of Derry . . .
