Dear friends,
We are very pleased that in a few days two Italian teams will start the adventure of the Magners League. On behalf of Miclas, the main supporters fan club of Aironi let us express great satisfaction about this event that represents a turning point for the Italian rugby altogether.
We are looking forward to the opening game of the season at home and we would like to celebrate this event with you sharing the pleasure to watch an exciting match at the stadium of Viadana on 11 September. Before the game, at 4 pm, we would like to meet a delegation of your club at our Club House in the stadium for a short exchange of views on rugby, give you our team gadgets and for a common toast to the new Celtic League.
Bear in mind that Viadana is an easly accessible place since it is located near 5 airports with max 1hour and a half drive (Parma, Bologna, Verona, Milano Bergamo and Milano Linate) and with a lot of good flight connections. Please let us know if you need any assistance since we could give you all the information to help you find the best accommodations in the area.
September is a rather pleasant and warm month in Viadana (around 25 degrees). Ulster’s fans could enjoy visiting the nearby cities of Verona, Mantua and Parma and could also enjoy the warm hospitality of the people of Viadana. Waiting for an answer we send you our warmest greetings.

Dewi …… do we know what gadgets they want to give us? My mother always told me to beware of Italians bearing gifts.
Can you inform me if the URSC will be sending a delegation and if they need anyone to hold the strings on their new banner for the new season?

RR – keeping your mothers good advice in mind….. I’m sure that when you hold the strings of the new URSC banner i hope that you’ll have a FRU card in your hand to exchange with the Italians. good luck on the trip .
