Day 2. of our last  4 day Training camp at Malahide Rugby Club.

We’ve covered alot in the four training sessions over the past two days and with under 3 weeks to go until our world cup opening game the spirits are high and everyone is focused and determined on the job ahead.

You can see the sheer effort everyone is putting in on the training field in these pictures (below) but we’re also having a lot of fun …

I’m really Looking forward to the Aviva Stadium tomorrow, hope the rain stays away!

Unfortunately it’s a 4am start for us on Sunday  morning, ughhhhh! Away to Wales for our 2nd friendly…. Bring it!

I’d say a Red Bull will be called for early that morning!!

    I just saw on ScrumQueens.com that Sky will be showing loads of the Womens Rugby World Cup…. but most importantly they’ll be showing your opening game against England on Friday 20th August…… I’ll definitely be having a WRWC party to cheer you on!! C’mon Eliza & Lauren and the girls in green!! :)
