ulster120white After spending last Saturday evening having my delicate facial features attacked by the icy cold, the fact that Ulster have today called off their Friday night fixture with the Ospreys is probably no bad thing.

Already due to the cold weather of last weekend my lips are cracking and starting to develop cold sores so dear knows what they would have been like after being exposed to the elements two weekends in a row!

The race is now on to ensure that Ulster’s back row players, Faloon and Pollock, and centre Paddy Wallace are fully fit for next Friday’s Heineken Cup fixture against Edinburgh as well as making sure that the pitch is playable, which may in fact be the biggest challenge.

The pitch was covered before the Munster match but not for the Ospreys match, why not?

The summary to this report from the front page notes that the article consists of 151 words and 1 image, imagine my relief when clicking through to find that the image is not of Dewi’s cracked lips or indeed pictures of his cold sores! What ever happened to those Kittens, guess they’ve all grown into less attractive cats now?

RR I hope you are getting down to Ravenhill sharpish to organise the covers that will ensure the Embra game goes ahead as planned.
