fru120 I’ve been getting quite a few messages over the old inter web communicator asking me if I have had heard anything about forthcoming announcements from Ulster Rugby concerning new signings?

To save me having to answer to everyone individually the answer is yes, but I am unsure about how much I am allowed to add to what is generally out there.

I think it’s safe to say that a rather large South African second row is on their way to fortress Ravers along with a slightly smaller scrum half believed to be off the Welsh variety.

It might not be so safe to say, but it is now appearing more likely, that a certain winger may be also returning and very possibly a No. 8.

All rumour and speculation but watch this space!

But would that large SA second row be happy playing second fiddle to Caldwell? I think not.

There is a rumour doing the rounds that Stade have asked for the match to be switched back to Paris. Anyone confirm?

“I think it’s safe to say that a rather large South African second row is on their way to fortress Ravers ” Ollie Le Roux re-invents himself!

Caldwell to Galway methinks, I understand the Raven will be driving him there, just to be sure, to be sure!

    So going on the hints:-

Saffie 2nd row: No idea who this could be

Welsh Scrum half: Dwayne Peel’s contract at sale is up this year so maybe its him

Winger to return: I hope to god Tommy Bowe returns

No.8: Maybe a return for Roger Wilson?

Anyway, I love a good bit of transfer rumours
