Ulster Rugby Supporters Club membership packs.
It has come to our attention that we have underpaid postage on the recently mailed membership packs. This is due to the envelope thickness exceeding the limit for second class small envelopes. We apologise to each of you for this oversight on our part, and in particular to those of you who have had the inconvenience of making special arrangements for payment and collection of the envelope.
For those who have had to pay the £1.17 surcharge we are willing to offer a refund. If you would wish us to do so please contact us at ulsterrugbysupportersclub@hotmail.com and we will arrange for this to be sent out with your next copy of Stand Up.
For those who have yet to collect their membership pack may we ask you to email us instead at ulsterrugbysupportersclub@hotmail.com and we will arrange for a duplicate pack to be delivered to your home address.
We have arranged to email this information today to all members who have supplied addresses.
It only remains for us to express our disappointment at this unforeseen turn of events – we assure you all that this was definitely not how we had hoped to start our new season’s membership.
