Brian McLaughlin has named a 24 man squad for Fridays match at Ravenhill against high flying Edinburgh. KO 8:00pm.
The cash strapped club have bowed to marketing pressure and announced Ulster’s Lion Stephen Ferris as the only confirmed starter in an attempt to get bums on the plush new executive seats.
The squad also sees the return to action of current Irish squad players Tom Court, Andrew Trimble and Paddy Wallace though I think we’ll only see Trimble starting, on the wing at the expense of Nagusa.
Big unit Neil McComb should step in at second row for the injured Tuohy and if he can step up to the mark the battle for second row throughout the season will be very interesting.
If the team is picked on form I expect to see new boy Horua dropping out along with the much improved Declan Fitzpatrick to give the following match day squad.
Forwards: Young, Kyriacou, Botha, McComb, O’Donoghue, Ferris, Faloon, Diack.
Backs: Boss, Humphreys, Danielli, Whitten, Cave, Trimble, Schifcofske.
Bench: Brady, Court, Henry Anderson, Willis, Wallace, Nagusa.
With a host of youngsters and seasoned pros chomping at the bit to get a run out this season the squad know they have to build on last weeks performance.
Make sure you don’t miss out. Order your tickets now.

Sorry, the comment form is closed at this time.

The only change I would make would be to include big Matt McCullough in the second row instead of McComb.
